West Mountain Candle Co. is pleased to offer free shipping on purchases over $150 before tax (Ontario addresses only and excludes bulk or wholesale orders)
Please note we are only shipping within Canada at this time.
West Mountain Candle Co. currently offers flat rate shipping, and standard orders will ship within 2-3 business day using the most economical carrier. You will receive a tracking number in your shipment notification email.
Please note:
- we do not ship to P.O. Box locations, and each individual order can only be shipped to one mailing address.
- West Mountain Candle Co. is not responsibly for any errors made by the shipping carriers. If your package is delayed while in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a complaint. West Mountain Candle Co. is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, that can be tracked and marked as delivered.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email, including your name, order number and a photo of the damage. We will be happy to replace any item that arrives damaged.
Local Delivery Option:
We currently offer free local delivery to the greater Hamilton area, on orders over $50. Free local delivery is based on your postal code when entering your shipping details at checkout. Currently we offer free delivery to the following postal codes:
L0R, L7R, L7T, L8B, L8E, L8G, L8H, L8J, L8K, L8L, L8M, L8N, L8P, L8R, L8S, L8T, L8V, L8W, L9B, L9C, L9G, L9H, L9K
Please note we only offer free local delivery on Wednesday and Friday, and will notify you when your delivery has been made.
We currently offer a local pickup option for your orders at our home-based location. We will email you with the address and pick up hours once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup. Please select the 'Pick up' option at check out.
