RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if you do not LOVE a scent you purchased you can exchange your candle for a new scent within 14 day. The candle or wax melt must be in its original condition, not used or damaged and unburnt. All exchanges are mailed at the cost of the buyer. Please contact by email, firstname.lastname@example.org for the shipping address, ensuring to include your order number.
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
We try and ensure that all products are packaged with the utmost care for their journey to you however, we understand that there could be damages due to the care and handling by our third-party shippers. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email, email@example.com including your name, order number and a photo of the damage. We will be happy to replace any item that arrives damaged.
