LOCAL PICK UP POLICY

I currently offer a local pickup option for your orders at my home-based location, in Ancaster, Ontario (L9K 0J5).

Please select the 'Pick up' option at check out.

Please wait for an email from myself with a specified pick up time slot once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup.

When you receive your email with pick up instructions and a specified pick up time it is your responsibility to notify me if your order cannot be picked up during that slotted day and time. Orders are typically available in the contact-less pick up bin, on my front porch, after 2:00pm.

West Mountain Candle Co. is not responsible for any orders that are neglected to be picked up on the confirmed date and time slot agreed upon. I understand that ‘life happens’ and you may not be able to pick up your order as planned, please contact me via email info@wmcandleco.ca or website and I will be more than happy to arrange an alternate time slot for pick up.
